• Plumbing installations to a multi commercial unit infrastructure
• Kings storage shed consisted of 150mm victolic fire mains to 2x 3 storey storage sheds. 2x fire hose reels per floor, 10x fire hydrants, street water main meters, 25mm copper water mains, stormwater pit construction.
• Other facilities required kitchenette facilities and fitoff, 150mm fire water mains underneath the podium, all sewer and 50mm copper water mains.
• All works were carried out after morning co ordination meeting with the site forman and client management.
• This project had a very tight program so logistics and co ordination were key for the program to run seamlessly.
• All aspects of plumbing were met meeting local authority and Australian standards

• Mains services, H-Patterns / Booster pump skids, Sewer, man hole construction, stormwater, rough inns, fitoff, polywelding, Fire tanks, Backup water tank, Deck work, underslabs, pump and treatment facility, sump pumps and rising mains.
• All aspects of plumbing were covered on the above mentioned tasks
• The Emergency Disaster Centre was a tier 1 project under Hansen and Yunkan. All works were performed to meet class 5 cyclonic disaster conditions.

• All installations are installed with a sound knowledge of AS3500 and local bi-laws.

• All aspects of Plumbing from new installations, commercial, housing, sub divisions, semi - highrise, schools, factories, shop fittout. Commercial Maintenance.

• Mains services, H-Patterns / Booster pump skids, Sewer, man hole construction, stormwater, rough inns, fitoff and polywelding
• Identifying maintenance issues and resolving problems promptly and efficiently.

• Plumbing Supervisor / Project Manager of 800man camp, Kitchen and Dining, EPCM Office facilities for Worleys on the Koodiaderi Mines and Camp facilities
• Work consisted of co-originating and designing civil / hydraulic / Electrical works on 3x site locations.
• 800 man camp consisted of Hydraulic mains services, water, fire, rising sewer mains, pump station, Ro plant and water treatment, Sewer install, HWU, chlorination, flushing and testing
• Kitchen infrastructure consisted of Sewer, hydraulic mains services, water, fire, sewer pump systems, Bank HWU installations, commercial Appliance install and fitoff, chlorination, flushing and testing.
• EPCM office infrastructure included civil works, Installation of hydraulic services, rising main, pumpstation, RO water treatment plant, HWU, commercial fitoff, chlorination, flushing and testing.
• Heavy macinery consisted of 5x Excavators 5 - 30tonne, 3x loaders, screed machine, 4x bobcats, watercarts, Pumping skids and polywelders.
• Programming and delegation of works for 30-40 workers over 3 different locations. Pre starts and de- brief occurred everyday with full discussion of all aspects of the tasks performed.
• Safety is a key focus of all tasks onsite. All paperwork, JHA's to 3mth servicing and reporting on all plant, testing and tagging, licencing, competent staff with complete knowledge of tasks being performed, addressing fellow trades in vicinity for safe works. Barricading, signage, PPE is required in work areas. Competent escort personnel for deliveries to site.
• Liaising with EPCM staff, project management, construction management, Engineering and design teams. All plans are thoroughly discussed before and work proceeds to ensure no clashes and good flow and seamless integration through programmed works.
• Streamlined inventory management by regularly monitoring stock levels, maintaining accurate records, and ordering supplies as needed.
• All commissioning procedures were undertaken to company policies and Australian standards, chlorination, flushing and commissioning.
• This particular site was very remote so logistics was key in planning all tasks.

• Supervisor over seeing / designing 600 man mining Camp for BHP in the Pilbara Western Australia.
• Consisted of all inground civil works from Hydraulic Services ( Water, Fire, Recycled water ), Sewer, Rising sewer mains and Pump stations.
• This facility consisted of RO plants, Fire pump skids, Sewer Pump stations, Bore pump systems, HWU install, all plumbing and Drainage to onsite buildings.
• All Electrical civil works excavations with a sound knowledge of code / separation and height distances and exclusion areas between common services.
• This application had all install, Flushing, chlorination and commissioning, procedures and reporting of all mentioned pipelines and facilities.
• Held all work pre starts everymorning with 20+ employees on all work related tasks and safety standards for the days proceedings, with a full debrief in the afternoons.
• Office duties consisted of administrative works. Creating test packs and procedures, JHA's, timesheets, redline drawings, daily and weekly reports, Hydraulic design to all applications of works.
• Attended all supervisor meetings with Project management / construction management / engineering cliental on design and workfront programming.
• Safety is a key aspect considered in all tasks performed on site. All areas are discussed and treated accordingly.
• This site was very remote, ordering and controlling logistics of materials and plant helped provide competion of tasks in a professional manner.

• Supervisor overseeing the Hydrolic Installation Of the Mines Infrastructure at the Amrun Project in North Queensland
• Consisted of all inground installations of Hydrolic services from Mains water, Rising Main, Fire lines, Raw water to all areas of earthworks.
• The facility consisted of Mechanical workshops, welding bays, Tyre change bays, administration and crib buildings, emergency services, diesel fuelling stations, washdown bays, truck fill points, wastewater treatment plants, RO facility, fire pump skids, bore pumping wells, sewer pump stations, man hole subdivision to all final trip earthworks / drainage swales.
• This application had all install, Flushing, chlorination and commissioning of all mentioned pipelines and facilities .
• Held work prestarts every morning addressing 40+ employees on work related tasks and safety standards for the days proceedings with a full debrief in the afternoons.
• Office duties consisted of all administrative works. Creating test packs and procedures, JHA's, timesheets, redline drawings, daily reports, Hydrolic design to all applications of works.
• Attended all meetings with Supervisors, Project managers, company heads form Bechtel to Rio Tinto on design and work front targets and programming.
• Safety was a key focus of mine in the field. All areas were treated thoroughly.
• The site was very remote so good logistics and pre planning was the key to good progress and completeing all tasks on time in a professional manner.

Manus Island Detention Center, PNG

• This project had a vast variety in the work scope from Maintenance to new project work.
• Maintaining the facilities of the centre, commercial kitchen, boiler units / commercial laundry, Medical centre / hospital, Camp facilities, Pump stations, WWTP, Reverse Osmosis plant and working in with a variety of trades.
• Moved from general maintenance to running and maintaining the Desalination plants, polishing stations and WWTP Dual train MBR. Reverse Osmosis: Conducting daily checks on plant using the PLC board, conductivity, NTU, pressure sensor readings etc.. changing out 1 and 3 nominal micron cartridge filters, chemical clean membranes, Sea pumps, Feed pumps, High pressure pumps, system pumps, cleaning out disc filters, Daily water checks for PH / chlorine levels, echoli testing, checking all chemicals and dosing pumps. MBR: Daily checks / settle test, Nitrates, Nitrites, Phosperous, Amonia checks, Checking all mechanical parts eg. WAS, RAS, Filtrate pumps, changing flow rates and settings on PLC board to suit Influent coming into sysem and adjusting Floc to suit, General maintenance on plant.
• Understanding and working under Australian Border Forces strict security guidelines.
• Organising and setting daily tasks for the plumbing crew.

• Working under extreme climate conditions, heat / humidity, given the location of the island.
