Worked with dispatch and the production supervisors to help run their fleets more cost effectively but also keeping in line with the company safety culture
This included (locations of crib huts, refueling equipment, hotseats, board manning and giving HR advise)
The above role helped increase production by15.7% in the first6 months, We also hit our production targets way under our expected operational costs
To sum up the above role I was the clog that kept, Production, Planning, HST, Training and Dispatch together and kept the wheel turning smoothly
