- Maximise the utilization of the load and haulage fleets using the FMS
- Monitor accurate statistical information that is captured and recorded by the system
- Liaise with shift supervisor and engineers to minimize production and maintenance delays
- Provide an essential service communication link between production, maintenance, planning, prep plant and the operations employees

- Operational responsibilities
- Worked with the planning team in terms of quarterly, monthly and weekly plans to help us efficiently and safely reach our production targets
- Worked with the dispatch team to help them maximize their production output safely with the current machinery and employees that they had
- Worked with dispatch and the supervisors to give them the tools to deliver the production plan safely, efficiently and too budget
- Worked with The Planning Department, The Production Department and the Safety Department to create and maintain our production strategy procedure
- Worked with the dispatch team to help and create a standardized procedure that would run across all crews so the operation ran smoothly over a24 hours period this also helped with more sufficient weekly handovers from crews
- Worked with The Training Department and The Supervisors to make sure we were hitting our training targets and that all crews had a safe productive and multiskilled workforce
- This was extremely important to maintain
- Monitored daily, weekly and monthly production reports to report back to the above departments on their performance and to put plans and coaching events in place if we were not hitting targets
- Worked with dispatch and the production supervisors to help run their fleets more cost effectively but also keeping in line with the company safety culture
- This included (locations of crib huts, refueling equipment, hotseats, board manning and giving HR advise)
- The above role helped increase production by15.7% in the first6 months, We also hit our production targets way under our expected operational costs
- To sum up the above role I was the clog that kept, Production, Planning, HST, Training and Dispatch together and kept the wheel turning smoothly
