Telfer being the site, sold the gold mine to Newmont in 2023 for a November takeover.

• The role has involved servicing & inspecting a large range of vehicles including all four wheel drives
• Running the van independently by carrying out tasks such as parts entry, the issuing of parts & returns, taking member bookings, planning weekly work & schedules.

• Carrying out all types of service repair and maintenance work required for new/used Jaguar cars
• This has included all types of warranty repair work, servicing, accessory fitting, mechanical & electrical diagnosis and maintenance work
• As Jaguar team leader I have delegated jobs to colleagues and also carried out quality checks on required jobs
• During this role I have offered great customer service leading to good relationships with many clients whilst road testing with them to identify, diagnose and resolve customer concerns.

• This only being a part time role at the time would be short lived as I could not commit to more shifts during the working week (full time position at Barbagallo)
• I would carry out a ten hour shift meeting and greeting members who required services within the RAC such as battery replacements, break down assistance, vehicle recovery or lock outs from vehicles
• Customer Service was always a priority whilst solving mechanical issues
• I would often do this by offering the client a bottle of water or somewhere cool to sit in the van during my diagnosis or recovery process
