Thomas Hansen

I am currently working at Pepper Money in the Asset Finance sector, gaining experience across the Sales, Product, and Settlements teams. This role has strengthened my ability to communicate with brokers daily, improved my understanding of lending processes, and taught me how to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly social environment.

I started doing some part time work at Hair Establishment doing junior duties, which has improved my ability to maintain a conversation with a stranger, and helping me understand the needs of customer service.

This work experience helped me work with children and understand the importance of a WWCC, as it made me aware that I was responsible for 10 children’s lives, making me understand how to approach children in a friendly manner, while still being respected.

I worked part time at the Easter show for Ross Campbell, which helped me to develop a response to pressure and time management, due to the long hours and constant demand of customers.
