I'm seeking to maintain full-time position that offers professional challenges utilizing interpersonal skills, customer service oriented, excellent time management, and problem-solving skills. I’m a passionate and driven individual that knows how to get the best out of individuals and a team. I believe I show care, pride, and enthusiasm when I work and am always willing to go above and beyond what is expected to get a result. I can work autonomously when needed and am happy to learn and listen to others to help me improve and grow. I’m a reliable person that has a can-do attitude and is willing to learn from others and work in a team to achieve an outcome. I believe I listen to others and this needs to a top priority when dealing with clients and working with team members. It helps get an understanding of what they are after and helps get repeat clientele. Having a polite and positive attitude is extremely important when dealing with customers. Customers feed off positive energy and a sense of authenticity and having these skills as a customer service team member. I believe I have a sense of authenticity and am polite when talking to people. Empathetic listening shows the customer that you are listening and understanding what they are saying to you. Overall, you need to have a continuous understanding of what is important to your customers and always be willing to learn because you never stop learning.
