  • We sold and leased commercial vehicles (vans and trucks) to businesses or private individuals.
  • Swiss Vans are a unique company, because we specialise in taking a standard van or truck and modifying it with a sports or off road body kit, as well as leather interiors and advanced lighting.
  • Outbound and Inbound calls were the main source of speaking to customers, but we sometimes had people who would just turn up on the day and like a chat (walk-ins).
  • We would find out what van or truck the customer was looking for, find out what finance package was best for them (Hire Purchase, Lease Purchase, Finance Lease, Contract Hire or Outright Purchase).
  • A finance proposal would need to be taken as a credit check for the customer.
  • If the customer was accepted for finance, we would then search nationwide via various dealerships for suitable stock.
  • More often than not, a customer would like to upgrade their vehicle with one of our body kits and we would arrange the vehicle to be delivered to us (once the finance is paid out) and then delivered to the customer once fits are completed.
