• Reporting incidents
• First responder to incidents
• Implement crew training schedule, performance reviews, coaching discussions
• Problem solving; mining interaction, priority structure, resources usage, personal mentor
• Safe operation of daily tasks; monitoring operator tasks, standards and safety awareness.
• Raising awareness of hazards

• Run underground site induction
• Supply and assess operator in training in the area of their development
• Develop safety topic for the week
• Review and update Safe Work Instruction and Training packages as required.

• Fill in for supervisor as needed
• Manage production team

• Bogger Operator/Tele Remote operator
• Load haul cycles of both development and Production with loaders, both Sandvik 621 and CAT 2900
• Maintain and build roadways
