- Interpret engineering drawings, check programs using Cimco Edit software and set up CNC machines accordingly.
- Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines( Makino F3, V22 and V33i).
- Execute operation of Milling CNC machines to manufacture precision components for Rego company in accordance with detailed blueprints.
- Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate a large number of parts.
- Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments such as offset tool diameter and length to produce a better result.
- Inspect and measure finished products by using precision measurement tools and also " CNC probe tools" to compare them with strict tolerance requirements (normally around -0.006 mm to 0.006mm) to determine if the process has been completed properly.
