Livingstone International is an Australian-owned consumables supplier that offers high quality consumable products to a diverse customer base, both globally and locally.

Hosting an extensive catalogue of over 65,000 consumables, coupled with our nine Distribution Centres, we are positioned to consolidate our client’s supply chain and service larger clients to scale.

Hospital consumable categories include; Personal Protective Equipment, Patient Handling, Enteral Feeding, Sterilisation, Cardiology, Phlebotomy, Laboratory and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard, train, mentor and manage new Business Development Executives
  • Key Performance Indicators (Average 65% net profit per month across all accounts, 80 new items per month, 10 face-to-face/online meetings per week and 20 calls per day)
  • Undertake market segmentation and identify trends that will form the basis of a strategic plan to open up new opportunities in the Healthcare and Food Services markets
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly Business Review and Development presentations to key stakeholders and major clients
  • Identify, develop, manage and maintain opportunities to grow the business through organic relationships with multiple national clients.

Achievements:

  • Exceeded all Key Performance Indicators and consistently achieved monthly and quarterly commission
  • Identified a gap in the Healthcare Market and introduced a new Critical Care range to meet clients needs with pre-orders and on-going loyal business

Responsibilities:

  • Expand market share within industry and increase overall profitability of respective territories and accounts. Actively meeting with clients to discuss additional products to add into their regular buying patterns and coordinating with the Procurement Department to factor these new sales into our Demand planning.
  • Following my lateral promotion to Business Development Manager at Accelerate in 2021, a start-up subsidiary of Livingstone International, I was now also responsible for developing all new business opportunities in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Autonomy and ownership of the entire sales process, from proactively prospecting for new clients to successfully closing negotiations via contractual agreements and purchasing agreements.
  • Regular interstate client visitations, weekly zoom meetings and daily correspondence to develop long-term client relations.

Achievements:

  • Successfully increased Net Profit across all accounts managed, reaching up to 86.7% year-on-year growth.
  • Fully consolidated and secured the consumable spend of two private hospitals located in New South Wales and Queensland. Increasing yearly net sales from $42,000 ex GST in less than two years of managing the account. An increase of > 320% growth.
  • Ranked 1st in highest percentage in Net Profit Sales (July 2021 - September 2021) and 2nd in Best Growth of New Accounts (April 2021 - June 2021) in the internal sales competition held in 2021. 25 sales representatives participated in this sales competition.
