My responsibility at MYOB was to establish the new health comparison campaign for their HR platform, FlareHR.
I collaborated directly with brands, onboarded staff, and designed as well as trained all personnel on a new call flow and coaching framework's developed the QA platform
for this campaign and was in charge of all content needed in the application for the PHIIA license that is necessary for the company to sell health insurance.

I partnered with JustSwitch, a new company, as a contractor to help streamline and develop their sales approach. This includes designing and assisting the business in implementing a new call flow, embedding coaching structures, and reviewing technology that could enhance results and performance.

While at Compare Club, I managed the Melbourne sales floor. My main responsibilities included protecting and increasing quarterly revenue, managing 7 team leaders to communicate with health funds, and upskilling leaders on industry trends and sales techniques.

At Iselect, I was transferred to the newly established General Insurance Department to assist with its setup. This division handled products such as car insurance , home and contents insurance.
The department mainly focused on cross-selling within the main campaign for health to share the lead costs.

Callactive was an outsourcing company that held numerous contracts. I was in charge of Energy Australian outbound sales. Key areas I had to train and coach on included objection handling and conversion. These were the key metrics that made the campaign successful.
