My time at E-venture Keswick was a working week long, I enquired about work experience to better my skills in a passion of mine which is mountain biking.

My responsibilities at my experience here included;

• Being in charge of customer bike hiring, meaning that I informed customers of the bike they were hiring's spec and things to look out for when riding, this required good communication skills with new people and great knowledge of the machine that I was showcasing.
• Listening and learning to the workshop manager teaching me new skills to a high standard. Some new skills that I learned were precise wheel building and trueing as well as bearing servicing and simple tasks such as tyre bedding.
• All of the responsibilities required an open mind and confidence in my ability from myself, which I possessed.
