- After getting a transfer I began working my way up from a floor usher, to a supervisor in multiple departments, to then the Head of Department for floor and eventually a Duty Manager. My tasks across all departments included managing large amounts of staff, attending to projection issues, taking on many maintenance jobs such as painting, carpet laying, wall repairs, seat repairs etc. I am familiar with cooking food in the kitchen and making drinks in the bar. I also have lots of experience in leading staff, customer negotiation, assisting with bookings and events, and stock ordering management.

I have gained a number of valuable skills over the last few years, some of these include team management, maintenance coordination, ordering and managing stock, customer service and conflict resolution, responsible cash handling, staff training and making decisions under pressure in the best interest of the business I enjoy finding solutions to difficult problems, and aim to complete every task in an efficient and timely manner
