- Correctly schedule staff for their availability times and create a system to cross check labour requirements and meet minimums for rostering.
- Actively seek out opportunities to coach and develop others. Identify and take action to resolve performance opportunities.
- Coach and develop up and coming shift supervisors.
- Actively control on floor labour by ensuring the restaurant is adequately staffed at all times and with effective schedules in place to build the business on all day parts.
- Receive and communicate customer feedback, ensuring there is a process in place to address all customer complaints and enquiries.
- Gather customer feedback and identify trends in the feedback to action and overall improve customer satisfaction.
- Create sales projections using different past and present sales reports.

- Conduct initial application screening and interviews.
- Orientate new crew ensuring McDonald's policies and procedures are followed.
- Responsible for organizing crew files and ensuring all relevant right to work documentation is up to date.
- Implement action plans and incentive programs to continuously improve the engagement levels of crew.
- Schedule, plan and conduct crew meetings ensuring essential communications.
- Communicate promotions and changes to crew trainers.
- Check training is happening daily to ensure competency of crew.
- Conduct follow up orientations with crew.
- Conduct biannual performance reviews of crew trainers and annual reviews of crew.
Product Quality Department Manager // 2020-2021
- Completing orders under a budget for stock replenishment in the restaurant.
- Managing the control of the restaurants food cost, through the establishment of on the floor routines and procedures.
- Frequent stock-take completion, analysis of stat reports and actively implementing strategies to reduce stat and waste loss.
- Actively identify variance opportunities, developing plans that links to overall improved gross profit.
- Assess restaurant storage areas in relation to safety, organization, cleanliness and labelling.
- Conduction of weekly restaurant walk-throughs to address restaurant and equipment cleanliness/maintenance opportunities.
- Developing training plans to ensure effective execution of upcoming promotions.
Shift Supervisor // 2018-2020
