Some Digital project I have worked on as a independent contributor includes:

• Domestic Gas Dashboard - Comparing LNG / Gas Volumes Supplied to Dirio / Niu Power vs Invoice
• Maintenance Execution Dashboard - Stewardship Dashboard for PNG LNG Maintenance Execution Scopes for Upstream (Wells, HGCP, Pipeline) & the LNG Plant.
• Structural Efficiency Dashboard - Dashboard captures and tracks savings across all functions of PNG Business unit

Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) 9-1 Admin providing Personnel and Process Safety Support to the LNG and the Hides Gas Conditioning Plants

• Incidents Stewardship - Ensuring all Personnel / Process Safety & Reliability Incidents are stewarded inline with the OIMS 9 -1 expectations
• Learning from Incident Coordinator - Liaising with Operations , Maintenance & Engineering to test and implement applicable learnings.
• Developing Safety Tools - Developed Action item tracker using Data Platforms , MS SQL DBMS and Tableau / PowerBi to track action items from RCFA / Assessment / HAZOP etc..
• Data Analysis - Deep dive into leading and legging indicator to drive Management decision making
• Understands and discusses the fundamentals and methods of root cause analysis, to include Incident Level Classifications that require more in-depth investigative techniques (e.g. TapRoot®, 5 Whys, Causal Factor Why Tree, etc.)
• Provides training to EMPNG operating units on incident investigation techniques and associated data
  entry in IMPACT

• Required reporting for different business areas (Commercial, Finance, Recharges, Interconnection, Sales, etc.). This part required meetings with different stakeholders of all the relevant business areas.
• Analysis and design of Fact Tables and datamarts with main information for the business.
• Analysis, design and development of business indicators(KPIs of Market, Revenues, Sales, debt)
• Development of Stored Procedures to satisfy information requirements of the business.
• Creation of Prepaid Balance Reconciliation Report.
• Analysis, design and development of Market Share procedure and reports to have a general overview of internal customers and competitor customers.
• Daily monitor of reports delivery.

• Use statistical, data mining, best practices in order to identify and understand emerging patterns of fraud.
• Daily operation of Fraud detection and prevention.
• Daily operation and monitoring of Revenue Assurance controls and processes
• Full implementation of ETL process for all feed from the business to the database using shell script, SQL Loader and oracle DB.
• Design and implementation of real-time data loading reconciliation and email alerts.
• Support designing, implementing and improving the Differed Revenue 1 Reconciliation in order to have control of the vouchers going throughout all the supply chain from vendors to distributors and customers.
• Support designing, implementing and improving a full data reconciliation including all EPC nodes (SGW, PGW and MME, Affirmed) and Charging System.
• Support designing, implementing and improving a subscriber reconciliation in order to check customers across BSS nodes (Charging system, Subscriber Base) and OSS Nodes (HLR, AUC, HSS).
• Support designing, implementing and improving a MSISDN inventory control in order to have a full visibility of the currently used and unused phone numbers in the network.
• Guide and provide technical training to local staff of PNG in order to achieve the objective of the department.
• Support designing, implementing and improving the most important Revenue Assurance controls/reconciliations such as Voice, SMS, Interconnection, Inbound Roaming, Outbound Roaming, Data, Flex Cards, Airtime Top-ups, credits /debits, Prepaid and Postpaid TV, Postpaid Invoicing, Rate-checks for voice, data and sms.
• Support designing, implementing and improving the most important Fraud controls/reconciliations such as Near real-time alerts to detect fraudulent/unauthorized credits, voucher fraud, unauthorized bundle provisioning, customer profile unauthorized changes, Bypass detection, data bypass, SIP Trunk fraud, PRI Fraud, International Revenue Share fraud, wangiri fraud.
