Summary

I have been a dedicated and passionate Enrolled Nurse since 2015 having recently completed my Registered Nursing degree. I have been working in orthopaedics since 2018 and have come to find a love in teaching and doing my best to become a strong role model to newly graduated nurses and nursing students as they are our future in healthcare. I am a compassionate and empathetic nurse with a passion in ensuring our patients receive safe, quality healthcare. I am looking to take the next step in furthering my career by enthusiastically taking on more responsibilities and begin to develop leadership skills whilst bringing a bright and positive attitude to my team in order to inspire them to be the best nurses they can be. I am honest and will forever continue seek out answers to my questions.

I have recently found myself to be very career driven with a lot of time to dedicate to my team and healthcare.

I pride myself on having a compassionate, caring and respectful nature and find it easy to build trust and respect with patients and co-workers. I have developed good communication skills over the years and understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality. I work well with people from all backgrounds and ages and will always take the opportunity to learn from others.
