In my most recent role as an Allocator, my main tasks and responsibilities included fleet utilisation, customer management, collaborating with laboratory technicians, sales representatives and my team, to ensure a smoothly run day.
In this position, my main responsibilities include: database management and monitoring, calendar management, assisting with the coordination of events and training, reception duties, developing processes, assisting the Group Manager and team (25) with all-round support, scheduling meetings and appointments, budget management, fleet management and more.
My duties and responsibilities for this position included: delegation of tasks to staff, supervising staff throughout the shift, monitor inventory levels and ordering stock accordingly, balancing the cash register at the end of the shift, conflict resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction by keeping a clean and tidy front and back of house and ensuring quality product was being sent out. I initially began working as a full-time crew member and made shift manager after 7 months.
