Tianhang Zhang

I am currently graduating Early Childhood Education at Victoria University, and applying master degree in Western Sydney University, where I am building strong skills in communication, organisation, teamwork, and creating supportive environments. My studies emphasise the importance of listening, patience, and adaptability — qualities that directly support excellent customer service. Previously, I studied International Relations at the University of Sydney, one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Through this degree, I developed strong analytical thinking, cultural awareness, and problem-solving skills, while learning to collaborate with people from a wide range of backgrounds. Across my experiences — from managing a tea shop in China during COVID-19, to organising multicultural tea gatherings in Sydney, and working as a baker at Cinnabon — I have developed the ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and engage confidently with people from all walks of life. I am enthusiastic, hard-working, and committed to providing excellent customer experiences. I am now eager to bring my skills and energy to JB Hi-Fi as a Christmas Casual team member.
