Under the leadership of Dr. Song Le, I collaborated with colleagues to perform in vitro activity analyses for a novel cancer treatment project. The project involved the analysis of an This involved analyzing an oncolytic virus-derived RNA and another RNA, offering new solutions for oncology therapeutics.

• Conducted biological activity validation for candidate molecules, with experience in cell culture, transfection, agarose gel electrophoresis, fluorescence detection, qPCR, and Western Blot, ensuring accurate data recording and analysis.
• Gained experience operating lab equipment, including flow cytometers and multi-function microplate readers.
• Optimized biological activity assays for large-molecule drugs and contributed to experimental reports, development reports, and SOPs.
• Skilled in both independent and team work, providing operational support while maintaining efficiency and productivity.

Under the guidance of my supervisor, I assisted the research group and completed my graduation project. My key contributions include:

• Applied network pharmacology to predict the molecular mechanisms of modified Zhenwu Decoction’s potential anti-inflammatory effects for treating inflammatory bowel disease.
• Conducted in vitro experiments using LPS-induced RAW264.7 macrophage cell models to evaluate the decoction's anti-inflammatory activity.
• Gained experience in molecular biology techniques, including RT-PCR and Western Blot, to explore the decoction's mechanism of action.
• Improved research quality by reviewing literature, supporting colleagues, and developing lab skills to ensure accurate and reliable results.

• Assisted supervising pharmacists in prescription review, dispensing, and verification.
• Learned prescription management protocols and intervention guidelines for non-compliant prescriptions.
• Gained familiarity with medication placement and packaging standards in the hospital pharmacy.
