From the first day I graduated from university, it was the color RED that started my career, Case IH has equipped me with the skills and techniques to handle agricultural machinery. Most importantly, it was CASE IH that gave me the opportunity to come from China to Australia and explore more agricultural equipment.
From my initial work visa to now obtaining my PR status, I am grateful to Case IH.

- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on CNH products to ensure quality before delivery, maintain accurate warranty documentation, and enhance customer satisfaction;
-Provide 24/7 support for customer inquiries regarding field operations, leveraging e-Tim and other available resources. Gather all relevant information and promptly submit ASiST reports to request technical support efficiently.
- Visit customers alongside the sales department to monitor equipment performance and usage in the field. Gather customer feedback and relay it to the CNH quality department.
- Respond to local dealers' ASiST reports and report major failures to Central CNH Belgium. Before an official solution is developed, provide customers with feasible field solutions to ensure their equipment remains operational.
- Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (AUR31120) is in the process of being transferred though RPL skill certified.
