I had the privilege of undertaking a data analyst internship at BlueVisions, Melbourne, starting in October 2022 and concluding in March 2023. During this transformative experience, I contributed significantly to multiple projects while also handling daily data analysis tasks. Here are the key highlights of my internship:

Sydney Metro Project: Internship Duration: October 2022 - March 2023

• Capability Framework Analysis: As part of the Sydney Metro project, I successfully curated and analyzed a comprehensive repository of over 30 capability frameworks related to Digital Engineering, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Data Science.
• Skill Proficiency Assessment: Utilizing advanced data analysis techniques, I conducted a rigorous assessment of skills within these frameworks. This involved identifying and quantifying the key competencies essential to the project's success.
• Data Visualization: To enhance comprehension and support decision-making, I proficiently employed data visualization tools to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights. My visualizations effectively communicated the skill distribution within the frameworks, aiding project stakeholders in making informed choices.

CEDP Project: Internship Duration: October 2022 - March 2023

• I actively participated in the CEDP project under the guidance of Mathilde. In collaboration with the team, we successfully delivered a wide range of artifacts essential to CEDP's objectives. These artifacts encompassed templates for construction-related documents such as commissioning plans and service delivery plans, enhancing project efficiency and documentation processes.

Data Analysis for HubSpot CRM: Internship Duration: October 2022 - March 2023

• Working under the leadership of Joel Booker, I engaged in a pivotal role focused on improving data analysis within HubSpot's CRM system. Recognizing the need for more comprehensive data insights beyond HubSpot's native capabilities, I harnessed the power of PowerBI to conduct detailed data analysis. This initiative empowered our managers to better oversee their clients and deals, facilitating more informed decision-making processes.

My internship at BlueVisions provided me with an immersive platform to apply my data analysis skills to real-world challenges, significantly contributing to the success of various projects.

In my position as a Data Analyst at Shenzhen Dongqi Industrial Co Ltd, I was entrusted with managing a substantial database, approximately 600GB in size, housing over 8,000 customer records and more than 5,000 accessories data. My primary responsibilities included:

• Database Maintenance: I assumed responsibility for the daily maintenance of this extensive database, ensuring its continued integrity and optimal performance.
• User Data Management: I spearheaded the collection, organization, and analysis of user-related data. This data served as the foundation for generating daily and weekly reports, which included crucial metrics such as pull rate, retention rate, and changes in retention rates, among others.
• Data Quality Assurance: My role involved the meticulous identification and resolution of abnormal data, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Any identified issues were documented and presented during operational meetings for collaborative discussion and resolution.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: I actively contributed to data conferences by presenting comprehensive data reports. These reports were instrumental in guiding business decisions, as they provided insights derived from the analysis of data fluctuation trends and abnormal data patterns.

My tenure as a Data Analyst at Shenzhen Dongqi Industrial Co Ltd honed my expertise in data management, analysis, and its critical role in facilitating informed business decisions. This experience further enriched my analytical skills, making me a valuable asset in the field of data analysis.
