I joined the Xuzhou Municipal People's Procuratorate for nearly 11 years after obtaining my Bachelor of Laws degree in China in 2012. During that time, I was engaged in anti-corruption investigations, judicial police, and economic crime prosecution. I have strong adaptability, understanding, critical thinking and teamwork skills. She has passed the China Legal Profession Qualification Examination and has strong learning ability. However, due to my non-native English, my speaking and listening skills need to be strengthened, but I have the information that I can fully improve my language skills before I start my internship.
Due to the differences in the legal systems of China and Australia, there are few differences in the professional attributes and work content of prosecutors. I am mainly engaged in the following work:
1. Engaged in anti-corruption work for 5 years, mainly responsible for the initial investigation of clues as well as interrogation and making statements.
2. 4 years of judicial police work, mainly responsible for public prosecution cases to assist in evidence collection, as well as security work.
3. 2 years of work in economic crime prosecution, mainly responsible for the combing of clues, the production of interrogation transcripts and interrogation transcripts, and appearing in court to support the public prosecution.
It was one of my side projects at the time
1. Managed payroll, daily deposits, and cost controls.
2. Supervised daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely resolution of any issues that arose.
3. Set employee schedules, delegated work, and monitored food quality and service performance.
4. Maintained positive relationships with local community and government officials.
