Tim is an experienced Development Manager with 10 years of hands-on experience in project management across the development and construction sectors. He has been involved in projects with a combined value of over $300 million and has directly managed construction projects worth nearly $15 million.
With a background in architecture, engineering, and construction, Tim is equipped with a broad skill set that allows him to lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver successful, high-quality outcomes. He is results-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in dynamic, challenging environments. As a Development Manager, Tim has managed the following projects in various stages:
- W2 (Completed August 2024) – 208 residential apartments and 3 commercial shopfronts; 24-storey tower in Woden Town Centre; Total GR: $108 million
- 11 State Circle (Under construction) – Luxury residential project with 9 residences in Forrest; Total GR: $32 million
- Lawson (Planning) – 50 dwellings in the Lawson Stage 2 estate; Expected GR: $38 million
- Whitlam (Planning) – Two sites with a total of 90 dwellings including a mix of townhouses and apartments; Expected GR: $60 million
Key Responsibilities:
During his time as the Project Manager, Tim managed a total of 9 construction projects inclusive of single dwellings, knockdowns, rebuild of duplicates, and 5 townhouses. with a total combined construction value close to $15 mil.
Tim was also overseeing the construction of 11 State Circle, (Construction Contract Value at $15 mil) working closely with the project manager and site manager on a daily basis.
Tim Joined Keggins Group after his graduation, he was participated in the development of two development project during the first 3 years of work experience:
1. Botanica (Completed 2017) – Mixture of 30 townhouses and 9 apartment in Lawson - $ 15 million
2. Sapphire (completed 2020) – Luxury mixed-use project of 77 waterfront residences & 5 commercial and public works (Block 3 Section 67 Kingston) on the Kingston Foreshore - $102 million
