Tiarah is passionate and personable, currently completing a Bachelor of Science and progressing onto future studies in physiotherapy. She specialises in soft and deep tissue massage, working with people from all walks of life, to get them back to functioning at their best. Being an elite athlete herself, she has years of experience in athlete management, specialising in biomechanics and load management in a range different of sports. She loves spending time in the outdoors, cooking and quality time with family.

Shadowed my supervisor for their daily routine as a physiotherapist. This included observing general functioning of the clinic, client appointments – and within this learning diagnostic approaches, treatments, interpersonal skills, and the generation and application of rehab programming.
