Summary

4+ years' experience as a dedicated, compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse looking to share my expertise with others by entering the Adult Vocational and Education Training Sector.

With 13 years of nursing experience to date from an AIN > EEN > RN working rural and remote to now working full time in a busy Emergency Department in a Rural Referral Hospital I feel I would be a great asset as a Nursing Teacher within Tafe NSW

I wish to endeavor on an adult education journey to educate, facilitate, mentor and guide future nursing students to achieve their learning goals as well as promote learning outcomes.

With the learnt knowledge of adult learning principles, adult learning characteristics, adult learning theories and evidence based training techniques I wish to facilitate the education journey of future nurses.

To boost the education experience, I understand the importance of the consultation process with stakeholders and the contextualisation of learning resources to create analytical employability skills.
