  • Provides business partnering support to cost centres and assists in performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and other financial issues enhancing financial, operational, and clinical outcomes.
  • Attends performance review meetings with cost centre managers to provide insight and analysis of financial and FTE results and identify key opportunities for improvement. Presents quality financial, FTE and activity data compared to budgets, targets, benchmarks, and key performance indicators.
