I’m excited to apply for the Property Management Training Specialist position at Wingman Group. With over 10 years in the property management industry, I’ve had the chance to work alongside some fantastic industry leaders, and I’m incredibly grateful for all the opportunities to learn and grow.
I started my career as an Assistant and have worked my way up to my current role as Head of Property Services, where I lead and coach a team of 32 portfolio managers. This position has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally, gaining valuable experience in leadership, coaching, and team development.
I’m proud of the wide range of responsibilities I handle, which include expanding and developing my department, as well as creating and implementing systems, processes, and training programs. The most rewarding part of my role has been onboarding new team members and guiding the ongoing development of existing staff. This is where I’ve really found my passion, and I’m excited about the opportunity to focus more on training and development at Wingman Group, where I know I can bring real value to your team.
Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to attend leading industry conferences and events, where I’ve connected with some amazing industry figures. I’ve also been fortunate enough to receive mentorship from leaders like Rik Rushton, who’s coached me on leadership development, and Fiona Blayney, who’s been a mentor in both leadership and property management. These experiences have helped shape my approach to leadership and coaching.
