Summary

With close to 14 years Fixed Plant experience I am eager to further my learning and bring my established set of skills to a new and challenging role. During my time in Production at Cape Lambert Rio Tinto iron Ore,as a Fixed Plant Operator, On Job Trainer and Step up Supervisor I have learnt how to manage my team to work towards business safety and production targets whilst achieving a high standard of results. Displaying safety leadership by being visible and active in the field has contributed to this. Adapting in times of change is one of my strong points and I enjoy working in a dynamic environment. Building strong partnerships with both my own and other teams has been a large contributing factor to the success in my current role and this is something I am keen to continue in the future.

  • Monitoring of day to day operations at Cape Lambert Port facility and the Supervising and training of up to 19 team members to work towards Site safety and operational targets and operate Fixed Plant assets.
  • Management of key assets as the operational owner of: 3 Car Dumpers, 4 Stackers, 3 Reclaimers, 2 Screens Houses, 2 Ship Loaders, 4 Ship to Shore Gangways, Relevant Conveyors and Mooring activities on Site.
