Other than having work experience in hospitality and as the Logistics Coordinator, I have also been a part of volunteer work. Majority of my volunteer work has been done and will continue to be at North Coast Church. I am currently in the youth program there. It consists of running and being a part of a bible study, organising games, leading the games, going on camps and even potentially giving youth talks. I have been serving in this way for around 2 years now.
My responsibilities as Logistics Coordinator for North Coast Church are:
To ensure a welcoming environment by the unlocking and setting up of the church building just prior to the Sunday Morning service. Packing up and locking up the building also required after the service.
To set up venues for events. For example, we have close ties with Trinity Theological College and I have been employed to solely set up events for them.
