In 2022, I took early retirement and moved to Phillip Island. I took two years out to renovate my home and to travel extensively. I then took up a part time supervisory role to supplement my pension and work in a a service environment where I have enjoyed providing hands on support and supervision.
In my career,I have held multiple Senior leadership and directorship roles in large corporates and smaller independent companies. I have worked in Retail, Hospitality, Property and Manufacturing, always focussing on safety, performance improvement and service culture. I enjoy being hands on and part of a team.
I am passionate about giving back to the community and have always demonstrated empathy and care for those in need, be it supporting and working with new and embryonic charities helping mental health or working with more established communities like Legacy helping families of Australian soldiers.
