
I am a Project Professional with 15 years’ experience in a variety of industries and roles, including business and process analyst, technical writer and project manager. I have worked on government transformational projects within the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action, and the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria (MCV) including implementation and risk management of the new Courts Management System (CMS) and various technology projects to support uplifting the courts and their ability to serve the public more effectively. I also have experience within projects across insurance, automotive, mining, education, banking, and superannuation industries. I have a proven record of exceeding stakeholder expectations and re-engineering processes for a faster and more consistent result organisation wide. I have a passion for discovering new ways of working via in depth stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit key requirements to improve processes and procedures. Combined with my training, change management and communications skills, I have a wealth of project life cycle experience and am adaptable and able to operate in complex environments.
