• Responsible for new member acquisitions within the Chamber in the high end, large market segment under the Melbourne Chamber of Commerce including Bunnings, Cotton On, Australian Grand Prix Corporation & Tennis Australia
• Responsible for discovering new sponsorship opportunities and maintaining existing sponsorship relationships through partners such as Crown Hotels & Resorts, Care Super & Pitcher Partners
• Working with global Chambers of Commerce and other international business organisations to look for opportunities to promote trade and investment between our two countries and organisations
• Working with Government Departments and Authorities in relation to Trade, Export, Corporate Relations such as DFAT and Global Victoria
• Working with various Local Government Authorities to improve member business and trade opportunities
• Working across members to connect each other for their mutual benefit and that of the Chamber

On the back of the devasting bushfire season in Victoria, I was asked to join Visit Victoria by the then Minister for Tourism & Major Events, to drive visitations back to the devastated areas.

This included :

· Personal liaison with Board member and C-Suite executives in corporate Victoria

· Request that their companies hold an event, meeting or similar with as many personnel as possible in a region impacted either directly or indirectly by the fires

· Create initiatives which would favourably impact the region and the corporate to ensure ongoing success

· Highly successful program until the intervention of COVID and lockdowns

· Despite the lockdowns, during this period we grew the database to around 4,500 business from large multinationals through to small & medium sized enterprises

· Outside of the role, I was managing communications from external parties, customers and Ministers including task such as answering letters for Ministers and other Members of Parliament and evaluating ‘ideas’ as they came through.

• Senior Manager for Victoria & Tasmania handling corporate, government, industry and association relationships for Qantas in Victoria & Tasmania
• Responsibility for the growth in annual revenue for Qantas out of these two points of sale
• Ensure Qantas' standing amongst the top 200 ASX companies in Victoria
• Responsibility for Qantas' invite only Chairmans Lounge memberships
• Drive a local team reporting to the Corporate & Government Sales Manager
• Ensure Qantas maintained its corporate database of over 800 corporate accounts spending over $1m with Qantas annually

• Established clear sales targets and provided regular feedback to the team regarding their progress towards meeting objectives.
• Ensure Corporate & Trade Sales Contracts were maintained with all customers spending over $1m annually with Qantas.
• Manage and oversee Victorian State Government Procurement Contract and associated relationship
• Represent Qantas at numerous functions
