I’m a German university student taking a gap year in Australia. I flew to Australia to finish my studies at the Deutsche Schule Melbourne (German Bilingual School, Melbourne). Now that I am finished, I want to work and earn money to fund my trip afterward. I’m interested in a casual or full-time position. After my A-levels, I worked in the German Military Forces, so I’m used to physical work and working in teams. During my studies, I worked as a waiter at busy German Christmas markets and had several holiday jobs, for example as a carpenter. As a carpenter, I got experience in handling machines, sorting, and construction of furniture. Throughout my studies, I regularly helped on the farm of my stepdad. Tasks included construction, maintenance, handling, and feeding cattle, sheep, and chickens.
Furthermore, I’m the holder of an international driver’s license. I got a German university degree in Mathematics and Primary Education. Hence, I’m physically fit and speak English fluently.
