  • This was the second vertical to be formed behind government that was segmented in 2021
  • The FSI vertical contains all of the key FSI accounts in the Australian Marketplace
  • The team consists of 1 regional director, 1 sales director and 9 discrete territories

  • Servicenow Australia restructured in January 2020, forming a national Major Accounts team
  • This team contained the top 40 accounts within the Servicenow ANZ business including but not limited to the Telco providers (Telstra and Optus) the major banks (NAB, CBA, Westpac, ANZ) the mining companies including RIO Tinto and BHP
  • The team consists of 1 regional director, 2 sales directors and 11 discrete territories
  • I was given the role of Regional Director – Major Accounts at that time.

  • In January I was asked to drive the Enterprise division across Melbourne and Sydney.
