I am a forward thinking regional manager with a deep understanding of the disability/mental health sector. My primary goal is to ensure that people living with a disability have equal opportunities, access to resources and can participant fully in all aspects of life. To achieve this, I believe you have to be hard working and decisive, but also understanding, proactive and insightful. Connecting with fellow colleagues and participants is imperative to me, as the human nature of the industry can often be complex, but with a positive attitude and energetic team the road for those experiencing challenges may be easier to navigate as they embark on there life goals.

In my current role with specialise in breaching the gap between sport and those living with a disability - I liaise with professional and semi-professional athletes to do there community work through us, including athletes from all codes including: AFL, AFLW, Soccer, Judo, Boxing and Basketball.
