Physical Distribution and Core Manufacturing (PDCMF) SAP ERP L2 Row Lead

• Handles SAP Materials Management module for the Asia region
• Performs Incident Management processes for all issues and requests

Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Point of Contact

• Trains and enforces team’s knowledge and compliance to BCP

• Primary contact of PDCMF L2 team
• Relays new processes from L2 team
• Responsible for the overall PDCMF operations of L1 team
