Summary

I am an experienced and passionate AFL writer of breaking news stories, feature pieces and opinion articles delivered to tight deadlines. I'm a media all-rounder, capable of both handling all elements of writing including sub-editing, fact-checking and then distributing stories with a snappy headline or interesting angle to maximise audience engagement, as well as creating and publishing high-quality videos with a rapid turnaround. While I have a vast knowledge of all things Australian Rules Football, including AFL, VFL, AFLW, the National Draft and the Trade Period, I am also well versed in writing and reporting on a wide array of other sports. I'm familiar with working unusual hours to cover sport, having worked through the night on Ashes cricket, Olympics, Australian Open and Rugby World Cup coverage. Above all, I am a team player and a positive thinker keen to bring my talents to the mainstream media industry and let my passion for footy flow!
