Was Foreman on the recently completed 'Darling House' renovation of approx $2 million where I managed major demolition. concrete pours, difficult structural rectification of old brickwork, replacing lintels and tying new structure into old house, managing site, trades, certifier and engineer inspections on time, all general foreman duties from start to finish including conducting around 60% of carpentry work as well.
