My name is Timothy O'Brien i currently reside in Green Point on the Central Coast. I have been successfully running my business TLZ maintenance for the last 5 years and been a sole trader for 20 years and i have worked with many trades and learnt many aspects of their trades to help me successfully complete jobs such as building high end homes, Building Cafe Restaurants, BWS, WOOLWORTHS maintenance and new store upgrades to shutting down stores throughout N.S.W. I am the first one to site and the last to leave. I have a high standard in everything i do, an can manage any challenge's small or big that arise. In also being a owner of a maintenance company have a massive understanding of O.H.S, SWMS ,Work method statements and believe that there an important part of all work sites to help reduce injury death or down time to a site which can cause money loss and loss of production.
