Hello, my name is Timothy Sinclair.
I completed Year 12 in 2018 while working casually at Woolworths, continuing there until 2019. That same year, I began my plastering apprenticeship, which I successfully completed in 2024. For the past three months, I’ve been working part-time at Woolworths again.
Throughout these roles, I’ve developed a strong work ethic, the ability to work well in a team, and a willingness to take on new challenges. I pride myself on being reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Having worked in both retail and on trade sites, I’ve built strong people skills—communicating with customers, co-workers, and clients from all walks of life. I know how to stay professional, respectful, and approachable in a variety of environments.
I am now excited to re-enter full-time work and am passionate about gaining new skills, contributing to a team, and making a meaningful impact in the workplace. I'm a motivated and disciplined individual seeking a career where I can help the community—bringing compassion, dedication, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
I have a proven track record of high-quality performance and supporting team goals. I’m known for my reliability, adaptability, and ability to stay productive in fast-paced or changing environments. I communicate effectively and manage tasks efficiently to help foster a positive, collaborative workplace.
My hands-on experience with a variety of manual tasks, combined with a strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices, allows me to contribute to a safe, efficient, and productive work setting.
