Hi my name is Tina Grant I have recentl moved to Bundaberg to be closer to family. On completion of my Certificate in Aged Care and Disability I have been working in the Aged Care sector for the last 5 years. My time in Aged Care has been very enjoyable and rewarding.
I have always had a desire to help people, and a compassionate understanding of the needs required. I have an excellent work ethic and work well in a team or individually. My ability to adopt, communicate openly and professionally with clients and colleagues of all backgrounds is one of my strengths.
I have a bubbly and confident disposition which has previously assisted me to build rapport and trust with individuals and families.
I also completed the optional units in Medications, Palliative and Dementia Care.
