- The code HEA3103 is a Norwegian exam code for Helsearbeiderfaget, skriftlig (Health Work, written). It is the theoretical exam required to become a certified Healthcare Worker (Helsefagarbeider) in Norway. It covers similar theoretical ground, including (but not limited to) anatomy, hygiene, communication, and basic nursing care. This is the primary qualification for those working in aged care or disability support, which closely mirrors the "Health worker" role in the Norwegian system.
