Labouring for a building company assisting 2 carpenters. The main job was to build a house from ground up south of Margaret river and the conversion of a car port into a room in Busselton.

Assisted in the maintenance and exploitation of the different vineyards belonging to Stella bella around Margaret river.

• Assisted with maintenance and installation of irrigation equipment.

• Removed weak and diseased shoots from vines to improve space and resource availability for healthy shoots to grow.

Part of a team of vineyard hands sent on vineyards around Margaret river to prune vines during the winter season.

• Cut grape vines down to single or double to promote growth of new shoots.

• Taught surfing each summer (June to September) for the last 5 years in the French Bask country and Landes's coast lines
• Held surf lessons for Kids and Adults in English, Spanish and French
