Clinical outpatient daily from Monday to Sunday and attending urgent and emergency cases where necessary.
Receiving admission of patients and providing treatment, diagnosis and management of clinical complaints according to the Medical Assistant (Nurse Practitioner) on the island or Doctors' verbal orders at TCH via digital communication (phone call or messaging).
Perform all clinical programs such as NCD, ANC, CHC and family planning.
Community engagement and multidisciplinary collaboration with other public healthcare workers (PHN, MA), teachers, an island clerk, the mayor and other island officials for the overall health of the village.
Assisting and performing delivery to pregnant women.

Conducting home visiting and community outreach programs (immunization, mass distribution of medications [trachoma] and deworming).
