Thirteen years on Active Reserve and nine months of active War Service within the Royal Australian Air force.
Responsibilities for many different tasks and roles through out my tenure, Key responsibilities included the ability to deliver briefs to large audiences of differing ranks and units, working with state police, Federal police, ASIO and other government agencies to deliver training and real life outcomes when tasked.
Whilst on my war service deployment, my main tasks were;

Accomplishments Include:
Management of eleven Staff members for all sales and customer service with NSW and ACT.

Driving of new product solutions within the market to displace traditional communication methods across the enterprise customer base.
Working in partnership with developers to include mobile transmission equipment within the plans of their new developments.
Setting up commercial agreements between Optus and the developers, such as Mirvac to create Master services agreements for a seven year term.
Accomplishments Include:
Managing the Telstra Partner Channel throughout regional Victoria and Tasmania on behalf of Telstra.
This role was to inspire Telstra licensee's to sell profitable solutions and expand Telstra solutions set into the channel and reduce the cost of sale to Telstra.
This was a challenging role, involving lease engagements, store fit out agreements, Commission overhaul, Disputes and Fraud investigations across the group
My role was to win new business to Telstra across multiple channels and multiple vendors to achieve bespoke and value based solutions to my clients.
During my tenure I won many clients to the Telstra family. Most notable accounts were, Wesfarmers, Toll Holdings, Myer, Apple, Bank of Melbourne and National Australia Bank
