· Conduct day-to-day project coordination, planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling tasks across multiple teams.

· Working closely with the Integrated Program/ Delivery Manager to ensure the program remains on track and proactively manages risks, issues, and roadblocks.

· Ensuring the timely distribution of the reports with the updates to the relevant team and highlighting the major blocker, delayed tasks, and issues.

· Escalation points for NBN customers and managing delivery across all groups within NBN.
