• Providing First Aid and Water Safety Services to multiple clients at multiple locations around Central Sydney and Greater Sydney Areas
• Services provided at Lake Parramatta Reserve, Crown Towers Sydney Resort Pools, Sydney International Regatta Centre, Balmoral Beach Club, NSW Rail Museum Thirlmere
• Key contracts with Department Premier and Cabinet, Place Making NSW, Cricket NSW

Role is based on a rotating roster with 2 week on call first week as primary and second as secondary

• This role is the first point of call for any requests that come in from Partner EM Agencies and members of the public

Generate and update electronic incident messages.
• Receive and broadcast Police radio messages for routine and emergency incidents.
• Answer and process both urgent and non-urgent telephone calls.
Co-ordinate and monitor the response of Police to incidents and maintain radio support, ensuring
sufficient resources are contacted.
• Notify the Duty Operations Inspector (DOI) or Shift Supervisor of all events which are serious, unusual or
newsworthy.
• Utilise computer based dispatch systems to record broadcasting and acknowledgement times, divert or
duplicate messages and respond to incoming messages.
• Monitor the activities of all mobile units, allocated resource and incidents coming within the operator’s
span of control.

• Duration: 1 year 1 month
• Log requests for assistance through the utilisation of various agency-specific digital data storage systems and NSW SES operating practices to ensure effective, responsive, and accurate customer service support to the NSW community during events.
• Triage Requests for Assistance and escalates issues through appropriate channels where required, ensuring inquiries are managed appropriately.
• Report faults or problems with any systems or programs.
• Ensure compliance with privacy requirements and legislative obligations ensuring confidentiality, privacy and the integrity of information is not compromised
