Tom Keating

I worked as an assistant in the Chairman lounge where i would cater and serve to Qantas most exclusive members. This included many ambassador and world leaders. Through the Lounge i adapted how to work to very specific needs of the clients, the ability of of High level discretion and to handle confidential information. Furthermore I learned how to work in a fast paced environment and manage time effectively.

• I worked as a waiter and a host in a five star restaurant DOOT DOOT DOOT, and occasionally worked at weddings and large private events
• I attained a wide variety of skills such such as serving in a fine dining environment, and the ability to accommodate higher end clientele.

• I would regularly help out on the top floor, which included answering any queries of the customers or, helping individuals with a selection of items
• I additionally helped in the downstairs area of the store, packing orders and assisting with stock control.

• I would regularly assist around the shop and storeroom, including taking deliveries, stocking fruit, or even filling in at the til.
