Highly skilled A-Grade Electrician with a strong background in commercial construction. Completed apprenticeship in Auckland, New Zealand in 2004. Gained valuable experience on construction sites before embarking on a journey to Europe and the United States in 2006. Made the move to Ballarat in 2008 to be with wife, Michelle, whom I met while traveling overseas. Built a family with two children and recently completed a 15-month adventure traveling around Australia. Passionate about the construction industry and well-versed in industry standards and regulations. Enhanced skills by completing a Diploma in Project Management at the University of Ballarat in 2012. Most recently in a management role at MGA - a leading electronic security integration company, responsible for providing security solutions for Corrections Victoria (prisons).

  • Specific skills I learnt while working within Prisons include being able to perform high risk cutovers and upgrades in a live prison environment, without impacting prison operations or sacrificing security & safety
