Pride ERG Global Co-Chair, 05/22, Current, Brown-Forman.

Leading the Brown-Forman Pride ERG globally is a cause I hold dear to my heart. My Role as Global Pride Lead sees me collaborate across six chapters - spanning four continents - to help shape their local plans, provide consistency across all Chapters, with the aim of laddering into our ambition of 6% employee self-identification by 2030.
