Tomislav Micevski

Having worked extensively in two roles whilst completing a Higher School Certificate and now completing a university degree, I have developed skills and attributes that i believe will aid in future endeavours. Through the role of being a team member at Coles I have learnt the importance of being punctual in the work place and the need to work fast and reliable in tough and demanding times such as the current environment of COVID-19 and restrictions which placed a great deal of pressure on this industry.

Important skills that I have developed in my current role is great communication skills and logistical skills. This occurred extensively through working with other team members to complete a task in the most efficient time possible and resolving conflict in a time such as lockdowns and stock shortages.

Through the completion of my university degree i have worked as a role of a laborer as well, this has given me the opportunity to practice knowledge i have learnt throughout the course of my degree in a real world application. I have had the experience of working will various tradesmen and assisting them in competing building tasks as needed. Through this role I have used various basic tools and equipment to complete this tasks, such as power tools and cement mixers.
